How much is the 2Go Travel ticket rate?
The 2Go fare changes depending on date, destination and demand. Every month, we post on this website the Superferry ticket price for random destinations and schedules. Note that our page does not do any online booking, we recommend you to do your own trial booking so you’d know the available low fare ferry rates for your specific travel date.
Is there a promo fare right now?
Superferry promo fares are often announced during Regular Philippine Holidays and Special events. We will share it on our 2Go Travel Promos Facebook page everytime a new promo fare is available so LIKE and FOLLOW us on FB.
Where can I get my 2Go promo ticket?
Most promos are only available online and ticketing outlets may not be able to give you the promo rates.
How can I pay for my 2Go online booking?
As of now, 2Go only accepts Credit Card and ATM payments for online reservation. For more details, check our Online Booking Guide link on the side.
How many months in advance can I do the 2Go ticket booking?
The 2Go Travel boat schedules available online are only for the next 3-6 months hence you can book your ticket up to 6 months in advance for some select destinations.
What are the add-ons / inclusion of my Superferry ticket?
The 2Go Ticket you will be paying already includes meals and linen. Adding insurance is optional in the amount of Php 20.00 + tax. Each passenger also gets a 75-kilo 2Go baggage allowance.
How do I know if the 2Go voyage got cancelled?
In instances when there are known weather disturbances, it is recommended to call the Superferry Hotline: (02) 528-7000 to be advised accordingly about 2Go cancelled trips.
How can I get my 2Go Ticket Refund?
You need to present your unused ticket at the 2Go Corporate office. Note that surcharges may be applicable and don’t forget to bring your IDs.
Can pregnant women board 2Go Superferry?
Yes, pregnant passengers are allowed to board the ship if they are less than 28 weeks / 7 months pregnant granted they present a waiver/ medical certificate that they are fit enough to undertake the voyage.
Do children have to pay fare?
Yes, the 2Go ticket rate for children/minors age 3 and above is the same as the regular rate.
Infants aged below 3 are charged Php 205/head at the terminal.
Can I bring my vehicle (car, motorcycle, truck) onboard the ship?
You need to contact 2Go Freight for trucks, cars or motorcycles transport at (+632) 528-7400 from Monday to Saturday during business hours.
Am I allowed to bring pets/animals on board the 2Go ship?
Yes, you can bring your pets and other animals granted you have them properly caged and with quarantine certificates and BOL (Bill of Landing) from the Bureau of Animal Industry. You can get this at the pier prior to your departure so make sure you arrive at the port much earlier.
What time should I check in for my 2Go trip?
Be sure you are at the terminal 4 hours prior to the departure schedule.
